Welcome to Ocean Springs High School Career Technical Center
The vision of Ocean Springs High School Career and Technical Education is to empower students to be successful contributing members of society. CTE programs use hands-on education to teach employable skills including the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our goal is for our students to think creatively, solve problems, and utilize technology.

Welcome to Ocean Springs High School's Career and Technical Education Center! By staying abreast of current national trends, we are able to implement programs that meet the needs of our student population related to our coastal area. With well-trained instructors, many with rich industry backgrounds, our student population has grown from 12% in 2012 to 23% this current school year. Our primary focus is to prepare our students with a rigorous learning experience that will equip them with innovative tools necessary to pursue post-secondary education, apprenticeships and immediate productive employment upon graduation. Building relationships and making connections with community partners allow students internships and job shadowing opportunities that enhance their abilities to meet college and career readiness standards.
